This was one of the first papers I ever wrote as a student at Northwestern University. I had turned 18 just a few months back, which is crazy to think about now that I am about to turn 24.

A year ago today is when I officially left my job to create Probity. I’ve been thinking about reaching this milestone for quite some time. I wasn’t sure what I should say, what I should write about, or what I would feel when this date hit.

Claire Interviewed me about family. I opted in because it was on my mind given that it was mother’s day.
